Sustainability
We are aware of our joint responsibility in protecting the environment and the climate.
Our contribution to this is, among other things, the installation of photovoltaic systems on the roofs of our halls. They generate around 750,000 kWh of electricity a year. In addition, a combined heat and power plant provides heat with reduced CO2 emissions. All halls at MESSE BREMEN are equipped with LED lamps so that they can be illuminated in an energy-saving way.

Code of Sustainability
CONGRESS BREMEN and MESSE BREMEN go one step further when it comes to sustainability. They follow the Code of Sustainability of the German-speaking event industry, which contains ten guidelines for balancing economic, ecological and social aspects. Participation means a voluntary commitment to corporate responsibility for sustainability in the organisation and implementation of events.
