Professional sound and video technology
Impressive video installations and clear sound are provided by professionals from the region. This means that the sound and video technology in our halls is always up to date and enables your congress participants to enjoy multimedia experiences of a very special kind:

Broad and resilient network
Exciting content deserves to be heard – clearly, distinctly and everywhere. We make sure that important messages really reach every guest and connect all our meeting rooms and halls to form a huge AV network:

Fast and stable Wi-Fi
Hybrid congresses, streaming sequences on the internet and live broadcasts from all over the world? Nothing would be better than that! Basic Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire site for error-free transmissions and limitless access:

- additional LAN connections with at least 2 Mbit/s per connection

Logistics
Large events require logistical masterpieces and customized solutions. Our team has years of experience and the necessary know-how, and is also able to make the impossible possible for you.
Extensive support for construction and transport
From the conception of exhibition and congress areas to construction and design measures and the transport of goods, we offer comprehensive support every step of the way. We load and dismantle with you, take care of stages and seating, and direct your visitors the way you want them to go.
Accessible halls and freight elevator
Our site offers space for loading and unloading all your required materials at short notice. All of our halls can be driven into and are accessible via spacious gates. A freight elevator also leads from hall 2 and hall 4 directly to hall 4.1.

Pick-up
For shipment, the sending has to be left ready for dispatch (sufficient stamped, correctly addressed and suitable packed) at the booth. If your goods haven’t been picked up by your transport company on the first working day after exhibition, a service charge of € 75.00 plus VAT will apply to store your goods and deliver them.
If the delivery was made by a forwarding agent, please also contact them for the pick-up.
